Penelope and I went to Dead Horse State Park for the day. Dead Horse is a rock outcropping
with a narrow entrance lending itself to trapping wild horses in a round up.

This lizard was hanging out on the rocks when we were walking around Dead Horse. The chipmunk
wanted some of our lunch. He was sucessful in snatching a piece of cucumber peel that fell on
the ground.

I've heard of lettered streets, but F 1/2 Road?! Definitely weird. We can thank
Grand Junction, Colorado for this one.

That stuff stuck to the tire is the black top
at Dead Horse. They used some tar that gets really gooey in sun which caused my tire to pull
up a chunk of their parking lot.
